TCCI is the regional development centre of creative industries. It functions as the coordinator of creative industries in Tartu and South Estonia by providing information and training programmes as well as legal and economic consulting for creative entrepreneurs. We help new start businesses to establish themselves, reduce their failure rate and accelerate their growth. Through our activities we aim at urban and regional revitalisation stimulating business development as well as economic diversification.
