Pruszcz Gdanski is a part of the Tricity agglomeration, only 10 km from the centre of Gdansk. Pruszcz Gdanski is an important industrial, service, commercial, educational and cultural centre. Pruszcz Gdanski occupies an area of 16,5 km2 with over 30 thousand inhabitants. City is the capital of Poviat Gdanski – it counts about 120 000 people. The investment attractiveness of the city is determined by its location near the most important transportation hubs of Pomerania, nearness of Gdansk, ready market as well as educated and enterprising inhabitants. It is here, just by the A1 freeway that the Baltic Investment Zone is located. There are many well-known companies that have their seats here, for example: Polish Post, Cargill, Crown Cork, LPP S.A. and many others.
