Specific goals:
1. Initiating social cooperation for safety with local residents, entrepreneurs and institutions
2. Evaluation of the possibility of helping the above-mentioned mass immigration, mass casualty, disappearance or other random incident
3. Involving the community to help in a crisis situation
4. Implementation and testing of procedures aimed at coordinating grassroots activities at the local level and managing the logistics of rescue operations
5. Increasing the rescue and crisis management skills of project participants
