Empowering Women Entrepreneurship Program

Estonian Refugee Council and Garage48 are looking for a partnering organization from Poland. In Ukraine, we have been working together with Garage48 since 2019 to facilitate a programme called Empowering Women, which provides support and mentorship to Ukrainian women who have an entrepreneurial dream. Since 2022 we’ve been running the programme addressing Ukrainian refugee women in Estonia. The format is a series of trainings and workshops followed by a six month mentoring period designed to develop women’s ideas into sustainable family and micro-enterprises.

Our idea is to upscale the design of our program to other countries in the Baltic Sea Region, including Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland. We have a tailored product that we have experience in implementing accross several countries. Therefore, we are seeking partners in these countries to supervise the local implementation of this program. If interested, please contact me so we can discuss further.
