Clean Energy Wire (CLEW) is Europe’s leading hub for independent, fact-based climate and energy journalism. We don’t just research and report; we also connect hundreds of journalists worldwide with colleagues, reliable information, expert insights, and each other. We have organised many events and training opportunities, including research tours. These are three-day reporting trips that take journalists to the heart of energy and climate stories. Articles resulting from these research tours and training programmes have been published in leading media outlets across Europe and around the world. By translating complex topics and project outcomes into compelling stories, and by facilitating collaboration and research tours across borders, we ensure that topics relevant to the future of energy transition reach the right audiences.
