Profile

Graduated from Kaunas Kalniečiai Secondary School in 1994. In the same year he entered the Faculty of Agronomy of the Lithuanian University of Agriculture (VDU ŽŪA). In 2000 she graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture and obtained a Master's degree in agronomy. In 2004 she defended her PhD thesis in biomedical sciences. In 2005 she started working as a research associate at the Vokė branch of the Lithuanian Institute of Agriculture (LAMMC ŽI VF). Her research interests are potato breeding and biotechnology. In 2002 and 2006 she worked and trained at the Biotechnology Laboratory of the University of Reims (France). She has published about 50 scientific and popular publications. Since 2020, she has been the head of the Biotechnology Laboratory of the LAMMC ŽI Vokė Branch.
