| Personal description |
Since 2018, I have been implementing national and international projects at Łukasiewicz-ITEE, incl. under the DIALOG, EIT, Interreg, Erasmus+ programmes. My research interests as part of the Hybrid Learning and Behavioral Economics Lab include intercultural management, behavioral economics, business management, Industry 4.0/5.0, corporate social responsibility, circular economy, Futures Literacy, interpersonal communication, soft skills development through innovative training methods and development of business models in an environment of dynamic market changes. In addition, I have experience in integrating vocational education with the economy and the labor market, systems supporting the commercialization of innovative technologies, as well as disseminating and transferring knowledge.
