The foundation is active in the cultural sector and pursues the following goals: promoting new, modern approaches to classical music (music events, developing and testing new performance models for soloists and orchestras) – supporting young, talented musicians (master classes, international music academy for training and further education, exchanges between musicians of different generations) – sparking young people's interest in musical heritage. Its activities include managing the CLASSICAL BEAT project, a new festival that combines classical music with modern electronic music and takes place in Northern Europe (Germany, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, and France). The festival is accompanied by academic researchers in the field of music sociology who are looking for ways to get a younger generation interested in classical concerts. Every year, the foundation also organizes “Music Convention Circles,” which bring together established professionals and new talent. The European Digital Music Academy, in collaboration with universities in Europe, develops innovative forms of presentation in the field of music and video and digital music courses for young people on topics such as migration, the consequences of COVID-19, the impact of social media, and democracy.
