Security Observatory is a "think tank" expert organization focused on professional research, consulting and training activities. The subjects of interest are primarily local government units, with particular emphasis on urban centres, public institutions, and society. The subject of interest are matters of security and public order, terrorist prevention, fire protection, rescue, safety of mass events, assemblies, defense matters, civil defence, crisis management, critical infrastructure, business continuity. The activity of the "think tank" consists primarily in carrying out diagnoses, assessments and analyses, public opinion polls, conducting social campaigns, providing advisory and consulting services, developing plans, procedures and instructions, organizing trainings and conferences.
