I'm a business specialist with over 15 years of experience in business process development, commercialization and digitalization projects, sales & marketing and i.e. go-to-market strategies. I've worked in various business fields, from startups to large international companies, i.e. in the EdTech, MedTech, insurance and business consulting fields. I work at TechVilla which is a non-governmental development company, owned by the City of Hyvinkää, Finland. We have over 25 years of experience in running and participating in publicly funded and EU-funded programmes. We mainly work with SME's, and our role is to help the companies succeed in renewal, growth and internationalization. Our other important focus groups are the municipalities, Universities of Applied Sciences, and other publicly run institutions. Our expertise areas are business and digitalisation as well as building networks and collaboration between different instances and themes. Currently we have ongoing programmes focused on robotics, customer centric business and product development and circular economy. Our experienced team has expertise in i.e. business development, innovation, digitalisation, sales and marketing, leadership, entrepreneurship and culture.
