Personal description | Our main task is to develop the idea of entrepreneurship through an increase in professional activity among people in a difficult situation on the labour market – for example, long-term unemployed, disabled, using social assistance benefits, leaving penitentiaries, refugees, etc. The WAMA-COOP association in Olsztyn is one of the oldest institutions operating in Poland related to propagating the idea of cooperative activity – including active support of the establishment and ongoing support of existing social enterprises, including social cooperatives.We realise many projects which is dedicated for the professional and social development of inhabitants in our region – training, individual and collective consulting, we create a maps of sources, plans for individual social and professional develpment for youth and adult people.We conduct activities promoting pro-social attitudes and responsibility for the common good among adults due to the organization of local and over local events. |
