APC ERB – is an association (NGO) of 41 local authorities from two regions in northern Poland. At the same APC ERB is the founding father of The Euroregion Baltic – a solid nonformal network of the regions on the Southern shores of the Baltic Sea, composed of 7 members from Denmark, Sweden and Poland.
