We are an NGO based in Latvia, committed to employing evidence-based and science-driven approaches to preserve nature and address the interconnected dimensions of social, economic, and environmental well-being. Our mission is to work for environmental protection, sustainability, and security by integrating these principles into our initiatives. Since 2023, with a revamped team composed of individuals holding degrees in environmental science and backgrounds in academic writing, management, and international cooperation, "Ziemeļu ceļš" is dedicated to advancing research, learning, communication, civic participation, and inter-sectoral cooperation to achieve our aims.
