A short insight of the main directions of activity of Ventspils Digital centre: • Provision of access to the ICT for every citizen and company. • Development and maintenance of ICT infrastructure in Ventspils. • Collaboration with other municipalities and central governmental institutions to provide ICT services and support services for public institutions in Latvia. • Development of necessary knowledge, skills and attitude to facilitate the meaningful use of ICT. Main target groups: • pupils, students, • teachers, • citizens, • municipality employees, • NGOs and others.
