Has worked in responsible positions in the Ministry of Education and Science, has been a director of semi-private consultancy company and for many years has been FP7 and H2020 National Contact Point (NCP) in thematic areas nanosciences, nanotechnologies, materials & new production technologies as well as SMEs. Co-author and editor of several books on Latvian R&D system, e.g. “R&D in Latvia”, 1999, 2002, 2005, 2008. Has experience of participation in many local and international projects. |
