PhD in Natural and Exact Sciences, graduate of the University of Wrocław with a degree in Environmental Protection, specializing in Geomorphology. She earned her doctorate at the Jagiellonian University with a dissertation on soil erosion in catchments with varied land use. Since 2007, she has been employed at the Institute for Ecology of Industrial Areas (IETU), where she has assessed the environmental impact of infrastructure projects and strategic documents, including the Transport Development Strategy for Kalisz and the Environmental Impact Report for the Jelcz Miłoszyce – Wrocław Brochów railway section. She is proficient in GIS tools and the Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT), which she uses to analyze landform changes and surface runoff. Her expertise includes environmental management, strategic planning, and policy development, gained through participation in national and international projects such as CRIS, ISS EVATUS, BRIDGE, UPSOIL, TIMBRE, COHIBA, and UPSURGE. She has contributed to several Urban Adaptation Plans (UAPs) to climate change, including for Tarnowskie Góry and Mikołów (to 2033, with a 2050 perspective), as well as national programs like 44UAP and City with Climate. Currently, she leads a research team in the international project TExTOUR.
