Context and need The Nowe Miasto Lubawskie commune faces challenges related to the growing demand for water, water losses in the network and the need to improve the quality of municipal services. The lack of modern tools for monitoring water consumption and its quality and the low ecological awareness of residents make it difficult to effectively manage resources. Project objectives • Digitization of the water consumption reading process and water supply network management. • Reduction of water losses and improvement of its quality. • Increased awareness of residents in the field of water saving and closed-loop management for the benefit of the natural environment of our planet. • Implementation of innovative e-services for system users.
