As people living in modern society which divides people by different reasons such as -nationality, confession, ability-disability, members of I+I support any kind of two-way integration without any regard to political conditions and directives. As professionals who have years of experience in working in Social service of LR, members of Integration incubator consider main Society's objectives in widening of the methods generally accepted and used by the System. Disabled persons are between the founders of the Incubator and we understand that one of the main problems of the Latvian society is a lack of interaction between the disabled people and rest of the society. To achieve our mission, our organization activities focus on • personal non-stop educational activity for every member of I+I; • development of social dialogue and interaction between the stigmatized people and the System (the state, employers etc.) • promoting of national and international cooperation between different organizations, especially in social inclusion projects. • the wide public informing about these activities and involving of it into the process of social integration, Development of social entrepreneurship.
