Chief researcher in Biomedicine at Faculty Health Sciences (Klaipeda University – Lithuania) and external researcher in two international research centers: (University of Porto, Portugal) and URGRS-Brazil. Dr. Cesar is a lifestyle behaviors epidemiologist with expertise on health-related associations of lifestyle, quality of life, mental health. He has lead and/or participated in several international and national projects accumulated over 1million euros in grants with partners from around the world. The principal investigator (fluent in five languages) has a consolidated international experience of undertaking health-related research; also as a “invited researcher and/or collaborator ” in different research Centres worldwide. Dr. César have opportunities to published more than 60 studies in the last 5 years in several and high quality international journals in addition, presented his studies in several conferences around the world (Germany, Austria, USA, England, Brazil, Portugal, etc.).
