BISER Association is an active non-governmental organization operating in Pomorskie Region since 2001 and implementing social projects aimed at the development and strengthening of civil society and cooperation between non-governmental organizations in the Baltic Sea Region. Our main areas of activity are: international cooperation, social entrepreneurship and sustainable development. BISER is the Polish contact point of the Baltic Network of Non-Governmental Organizations BS NGO Network.
