The CPT Association has existed since 2004 and for years it has been developing and implementing innovative solutions for groups with special needs. Currently, as part of the project "Three challenges for the labor market", he is testing the developed standards of supporting foreigners in entering the Polish labor market. The project was prepared in June 2021 – in February 2022 it became particularly topical and allowed to implement standardized advisory support based on procedures in the socio-civic legal and professional area addressed to war migrants. In the field of vocational counseling for OzN, the CPT has been supporting people after mental crises in the field of vocational counseling for years, implementing the process of determining predispositions and professional reorientation based on the developed innovation "From Passion to Work". Since 2022, the Association has been implementing a number of projects for migrants from Ukraine. Currently, we have expanded our activities in the field of specialist vocational counseling for OzN by testing a new instrument based on cooperation with the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and poviat committees for about disability, consisting in quick support by a professional advisor of a person obtaining a disability certificate. Other instruments tested under the project are: business activity assistant, OzN business incubator, subsidies for people with disabilities starting a business. The Association also implemented the Mental Condition Assessment project and developed a number of innovative projects, e.g. home galleries etc. The Association also has its own publishing house under which it publishes, among others, publications about the identity of the West Pomeranian region. The Association undertakes activities related to the culture, art and identity of the West Pomeranian region, e.g. exhibitions, among others Portraits of Szczecin residents, a presentation of, among others "Where are we from?"
