Since 2003 actively supports transfer of professional practice, technology and knowledge between specialists –practicians. Since 2018 CEO of Gdańsk Water Foundation (NGO – training centre for staff involved in environmental protection: water, sewage, waste management, research laboratories, swimming pools, environmental education for society and schools). Author and implementer of teaching education programs. Promoter of neighborly cooperation.
