Women for Blue and Green Future
active 7 months, 3 weeks agoIntroducing new jobs into the blue and green economy gives us a great opportunity to avoid reproducing existing inequalities and discrimination in the labour market. There is also a shortage of workforce and a lack of skills when it comes to future challenges. We would like to combine those issues in a project empowering women in blue and green sectors having a major impact on the environment towards fighting negative climate changes. We aim to strengthen their position within industries. We would like to provide them with the tools necessary to invent and implement new solutions in their current workplace or to set up their own sustainable businesses. They can become advocates for the change both in terms of gender equality and the environmental focus of the business.
