REDIRECT project aims to establish AI-driven didactic and operational tools for tourism info centres and small medium-size SME”s(tour operators and travel agencies etc) that first focus on problems which specific to each region in partner countries about current tourism models and then develops and adopt experimental, accessible, measurable, and participatory practices that visibly contribute to the regeneration of natural, economic and cultural resources within the focused regenerative tourism tourism in EUBSR regions.
One of the specific goals is to produce and test our experimental and operational tools will ensure that tourism-based businesses across the Baltic Sea region will be able to use REDIRECT project deliverables as a baseline in their business models and can shift from traditional tourism to regenerative tourism as a tool to empower of the local communities.
