Distance interaction soft skills (DIS) is the key to innovative, growing businesses in the future work life. Our pre-study in seed money project Distance LAB has identified lifelong learning as a crucial future business requirement. The level of interaction on distance needs to increase for innovation and communality to occur. It brings with it an ease of daily operations and trust building. Enabling innovation support, cooperation and organizational culture with distance are also needs that will be addressed in our project. The aim is to increase distance innovation skills and pilot modern distance work spaces and services that support collaboration.
