CULTURE EXPLORER- AI FOR ACCESSIBLE AND ENGAGING CULTURAL EXPERIENCES
active 1 month, 3 weeks agoThe project concept is based on the development of a social innovation model aimed at increasing the accessibility and attractiveness of the cultural offer of the participating communities. The model involves the creation of a on-line application and toolkits for culture institutions in project partner caountries.
The “Culture Explorer” application – an innovative tool supported by advanced artificial intelligence solutions, dedicated on one hand to residents, facilitating them – thanks to connection to local databases, including libraries, community centers, museums, etc. – in discovering and planning their leisure time in a manner tailored to their individual preferences (personalized information on offerings), and on the other hand to cultural offer organizers, who will receive – based on search histories that present social expectations, including those not realized by the users themselves – recommendations on shaping cultural policies and offerings to be as well adapted to the needs of residents as possible (profiled offer, “tailor-made”). The application will utilize modern technologies and AI solutions, such as machine learning algorithms, integration with external APIs, mobile and web technologies, user data privacy security, AI user interface. The idea assumes the use of the aforementioned algorithms at the analytical level to study user preferences and generate accurate recommendations, both for those wishing to take advantage of the offer and for the organizers of the offer, and at the same time AI chatbots for active interaction with users, asking questions, providing answers, processing, and generating conclusions; over time and with learning, the application will become better/more accurate;
Tool kit for cultural managers, presenting ways of practical application of artificial intelligence in the management processes of a cultural institution, especially using the Culture Explorer application (planning offerings that respond to the real needs of customers, preparing various types of documents, supporting the purchasing procedure – market research, supplier comparison, procedure preparation, etc., preparing various types of informational and promotional materials, etc.);
Tool kit for cultural staff (cultural animators, librarians, museum professionals, etc.), presenting ways of practical application of artificial intelligence in the process of animating and organizing culture (developing scenarios for classes and workshops, preparing educational and animation materials, including in a personalized way, etc.);
