AI-Enabled Public Insight Hub
active 7 months, 1 week agoSpecific Challenges
The primary challenge our project aims to tackle is the underutilisation of vast amounts of data and insights generated by municipalities, hindering efficient public service delivery and decision-making. Municipalities struggle to effectively share and leverage these insights due to fragmented knowledge management systems, leading to missed opportunities for innovation and improvement in public services. This challenge directly impacts municipal administrators, decision-makers, and ultimately, the citizens who rely on efficient, responsive public services. Our project seeks to address this by creating an AI-curated knowledge management system that aggregates, analyses, and makes accessible the wealth of knowledge generated across municipalities, enhancing decision-making and service delivery.
Transnational Relevance
The need for transnational cooperation stems from the common challenges municipalities across the Central Baltic region face in managing and leveraging data for public service improvement. Collaborating transnationally allows us to pool resources, share diverse insights, and develop a unified, scalable solution that benefits a wider community. The transnational approach enables the integration of varied data sources, best practices, and innovations, ensuring the developed system is robust, versatile, and adaptable to different municipal contexts, thus maximising its impact and utility across borders.
