    I represent Klaipeda University. My group and I have expertise in the project topic and experience working with many LATLIT and BSR Interreg projects. Recently we have finished LATLIT INTERREG project “LLI-1”, closely related to your ideas. We have good cooperation with Klaipeda City Care Home (for the elderly) and can suggest them as partners as well.
