I don’t know if the project idea owner is still interested in project realisation or not.
We are looking not only program but SYSTEM education for elderly people. I think that Sweden’s study circles are worth of carefully looking into it and adopting.

I like your idea of the project “Senior School for the Meaningful Old Age”.
I would only widen the aim of the project by changing the last word from PROGRAM to SYSTEM.

Some countries successfully implemented the idea of STUDY CIRCLES which is worth knowing, adapting and implementing in some way.
