Womanize IT
active 1 year agoThe main goal of the project is to reduce barriers to women’s access to the IT market by increasing their awareness, motivation, support and ultimately building proactive attitude. Thanks to the preparation of the appropriate mechanisms and tools, the project will contribute to real support in career development in the IT area. What is more, it will also allow you to show the huge opportunities offered by the IT world.
This initiative will bring closer to the aspect of the difficulties faced by women in the IT market, including fear of change or the mere decision to work and develop this career. It is a firs and the most important step that should be taken consciously. A very important challenge is also breaking the conventional belief of women that “this industry is not for them” and that it is “a typically male profession”.
