I’m looking for partners to join a network in the Baltic Sea Region with people that work with restoration and creation of wetlands. The goal of the network is
• To find ways to increase the pace of wetland formation and creation
• To identify conditions that give the landowner benefits from wetlands. Landowner could be farmers, municipalities or other. Create win-win situations
• Arrange workshops with landowners and other stake holders to identify gaps and possible success factors
• Exchange experience between countries and stakeholder groups through joint workshops, study visits, new wetland projects, etc
• Possibly apply for funding from Interreg BSR, Horizon or similar funding
