active 5 months, 3 weeks agoThe Food industry has seen several problems develope in recent years. These are connected to increasing problems with food related sickness amongst people of all ages. But also to problems connected to the negative environmental impact of food production. Also the disruption of supply chains and threats to food supplies due to war and weather fenomena.
Ambition: A project focusing on production of healthy foods, that minimize the negative environmental impact and are produced in the Baltic Sea area.
