Innovative, smart, climate-neutral and cooperative governance
active 1 year agoSupport Baltic Sea region cities and their regions to promote innovative, smart, climate-neutral and cooperative governance. This goal would be achieved with the following simple steps:
1. Through centralized technology tools gather data from the digital asset of cities in the Baltic Sea Region, to become data-driven Public sector (for more info on data-driven public sector, see OECD material: https://www.oecd-ilibrary.org/sites/059814a7-en/index.html?itemId=/content/publication/059814a7-en).
2. Through centralization of processes, how different cities subsidiaries are doing cities public infrastructure maintenance and improvements.
3. Process standardization and automation. Define equal processes for the whole city and its subsidiaries, identify places where technology can be used to automate processes and deliver less bureaucratic and more cost-efficient public services.
