The “Green Logistics Optimization for SMEs” project is designed to spearhead a transformative approach towards logistics and supply chain management, focusing on environmental sustainability. By developing and implementing an innovative green logistics model, this initiative aims to significantly reduce the environmental impact of SMEs’ logistics activities through optimized transportation routes, sustainable packaging solutions, and enhanced logistics efficiency.
