Target groups: municipalities, citizens, SMEs
Transnational capacity building for development of Energy plans with a specific focus on prosumers and energy communites, besides energy efficiency etc. Development of energy plans and capacity building for municipalities, SMEs and citizens to train them on the knowledge and skills they need to become prosumers and/or establish energy communities at a wider scale. We would search for project partners-municipalities as pilots or organizations that could develop plans for municipalities – regional organizations, energy agencies etc.
